Privacy policy

Concordis is developed by Kabware Services Limited ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy explains how the Concordis mobile application ("the App") handles your information.
Summary
Concordis collects no personal data. The App does not require accounts, does not store session content on servers, and uses end-to-end encryption so that even our relay server cannot read your check-in data.
What We Do Not Collect
- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- Location data
- Photos, videos, or media
- Financial or payment information
- Health or biometric data
- Device identifiers linked to your identity
- Browsing history or app usage patterns
- Content of your check-in sessions
How the App Works
Concordis connects two devices through a relay server using a short session code. Once connected:
- End-to-end encryption is established using ECDH key exchange. All session content, including preferences, limits, and confirmations, is encrypted on your device before transmission. The relay server forwards encrypted messages but cannot decrypt them.
- Check-in summaries are stored locally on your device using the platform's secure storage, such as Android Keystore or iOS Keychain. They never leave your device unless you explicitly export them.
- Encryption keys are ephemeral, generated fresh for each session, and destroyed when the session ends.
- Timestamps in check-in summaries are rounded to 5-minute intervals to reduce precision.
Diagnostics
The current packaged mobile App does not include a telemetry connection string, so it does not export mobile crash or performance diagnostics by default.
Our relay server may use Microsoft Azure Monitor / Application Insights for operational telemetry, such as request timing, response status, service errors, and health information. This telemetry is used to keep the relay reliable. It does not include check-in session content, request bodies, names, emails, contacts, location, photos, or advertising identifiers. The relay is configured to avoid storing raw client IP addresses in telemetry.
If mobile diagnostics are enabled in a future version, this policy and the store privacy disclosures will be updated before release.

No session content is ever stored on our servers. The relay server holds only the session routing code, a random 8-digit number, in memory for the duration of the connection and then discards it.
Subscriptions And Payments
Concordis Plus is an optional subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Store payments are processed by Google or Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
The App may query the relevant app store on your device to check whether Concordis Plus is active, restore a purchase, or acknowledge a purchase. Concordis does not send store purchase information to our relay server in the current release.

We do not use advertising services, analytics platforms, or social media SDKs in the Concordis mobile app.
Children's Privacy
Concordis is intended for users aged 18 and over. The App includes an age confirmation screen on first launch. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Check-in summaries stored on your device are fully under your control. You can view, export, or delete them at any time within the App.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at https://concordis.kabware.co.uk/privacy with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
