Supplier Code of Conduct Commitment

Date adopted: 31 May 2026. Review date: 31 May 2027.

Commitment

Kabware Services Limited commits to follow the standards expected of public-sector suppliers, including the UK Government Supplier Code of Conduct, where Kabware works with or seeks to work with government and public-sector bodies.

Kabware will act honestly, fairly, transparently, and with respect for service users, customers, suppliers, contractors, and public officials.

People And Service Users

Kabware will treat people with dignity and respect. It will not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, victimisation, or exploitative labour practices.

Kabware will consider accessibility, vulnerable users, and public trust when designing and delivering software services.

Business Practices

Kabware will:

  • manage risks openly and raise material delivery risks early;
  • price work fairly and avoid opportunistic pricing;
  • protect confidential, commercial, and sensitive information;
  • manage conflicts of interest;
  • protect government and customer data through appropriate cyber security controls;
  • support responsible procurement and sustainable delivery where relevant to the contract.

Standards Of Behaviour

Kabware will comply with applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, tax, employment, data protection, modern slavery, and competition law.

Kabware will not offer or accept improper inducements. Any suspected fraud, corruption, serious conflict, data incident, or conduct breach should be reported to the Director.

Subcontractors And Suppliers

Kabware does not currently rely on subcontractors for the AI DPS application. Where Kabware uses subcontractors or key suppliers, it will expect them to follow comparable standards and to comply with the law.

Prompt Payment

Kabware will pay undisputed supplier invoices on time and will aim to pay subcontractors within 30 days unless a contract states a shorter period.

Responsibility And Review

The Director is responsible for this commitment and for dealing with concerns about conduct, conflicts, fraud, corruption, confidentiality, or supplier treatment.

Kabware will review this commitment at least once a year and when public-sector supplier requirements change.
