If you have received an email from Kabware Services Limited introducing one of our products or services, this notice explains what information we hold about you, where it came from, and the choices you have. It supplements our Data Protection Policy.
Who We Are
Kabware Services Limited ("we", "us") is a UK software company. For anything in this notice, contact info@kabware.co.uk.
What We Hold And Where It Came From
We hold limited business contact information about people in professional roles: name, job title or role, work email address, organisation name, and brief notes on why our services may be relevant to that organisation.
This information comes from publicly available professional sources, such as organisation websites, professional directories, public registers, and professional networking profiles. We do not buy marketing lists, and we do not collect special-category (sensitive) data.
Why We Use It
We use this information to send relevant, low-volume introductions about Kabware products and services to people whose professional role relates to what we offer. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: we have a legitimate interest in introducing our services to organisations that may benefit from them, and we balance this against your interests by contacting only role-relevant business addresses, keeping volumes low, and honouring objections immediately. Our legitimate interests assessment is available on request.
Your Choices And Rights
- Object at any time. Reply to any email we send, or write to info@kabware.co.uk, and we will stop contacting you and suppress your details so you are not contacted again.
- You may also request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Retention
If you object, we suppress your contact details immediately and permanently. Otherwise, we review outreach contact data regularly and delete records that are no longer relevant to our outreach activity.
Where It Is Stored
Contact information is stored in systems hosted on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, within the UK/EU data boundary. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for their own marketing.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
