Modern Slavery and Human Rights Policy
Date adopted: 31 May 2026. Review date: 31 May 2027.
Position
Kabware Services Limited does not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, child labour, or exploitative labour practices.
Kabware is a small UK software company. It is not currently required to publish a section 54 Modern Slavery Act statement, but it will follow proportionate controls as it grows and as its supplier base changes.
Scope
This policy applies to Kabware's directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and delivery partners.
Commitments
Kabware will:
- comply with applicable employment, human rights, and modern slavery law;
- avoid suppliers or partners where there is credible evidence of forced labour, trafficking, or exploitation;
- raise concerns with suppliers where labour or human rights risks appear relevant;
- take proportionate action if a supplier or partner creates modern slavery or human rights risk;
- keep this policy under review as Kabware's procurement and delivery activity grows.
Supply Chain
Kabware's current supply chain is low complexity and mainly consists of software, cloud, professional, and administrative services.
If Kabware starts using subcontractors or higher-risk suppliers, it will review the supplier's labour practices, legal compliance, and ability to meet comparable standards.
Reporting Concerns
Anyone who has a concern about modern slavery, forced labour, trafficking, or human rights in connection with Kabware should contact the Director at info@kabware.co.uk.
Kabware will review concerns and take action that fits the seriousness and evidence of the issue.
Responsibility And Review
The Director is responsible for this policy. Kabware will review it at least once a year and sooner if supplier risk, public-sector requirements, or the law changes.
