Purpose
Kabware Services Limited is committed to equal opportunity, fair treatment, and respectful working relationships.
This policy applies to Kabware's work as an employer, supplier, contractor, and service provider. It covers employees, directors, workers, applicants, contractors, suppliers, partners, and anyone working with or on behalf of Kabware.
Kabware will comply with the Equality Act 2010 and other applicable equality, employment, and anti-discrimination law.
Protected Characteristics
Kabware will not discriminate, harass, or victimise anyone because of:

Kabware will:

Recruitment And Work
Kabware will use fair and consistent recruitment and selection practices. Job requirements, contract roles, and supplier opportunities will focus on genuine business needs.
Kabware will not ask health or disability questions before making a job offer except where the law allows it, such as to decide whether reasonable adjustments are needed for an interview or assessment.
Kabware will consider reasonable adjustments for applicants, workers, contractors, and users of its services.
Harassment And Bullying
Kabware will not tolerate harassment, bullying, or victimisation.
Anyone who works with Kabware should raise concerns with the Director. The Director will review the concern, keep records where appropriate, and take action that fits the seriousness of the issue.
Where the concern involves the Director, Kabware will seek independent professional advice before deciding next steps.
Products And Services
Kabware designs digital and AI-enabled services. During product design and delivery, Kabware will consider whether its systems could create unfair or discriminatory outcomes.
Where a product or service may affect users with protected characteristics, Kabware will consider accessibility, plain language, human review, data quality, and bias risks as part of design and testing.
Responsibility And Review
The Director is responsible for maintaining this policy, reviewing it each year, and making sure Kabware's working practices reflect it.
Everyone working with Kabware must follow this policy and raise concerns where they see conduct that may breach it.
Kabware will review this policy at least once a year, and sooner if law, company structure, or the nature of Kabware's work changes.
